How to Log In/Out

Logging In

To log in to an existing account, open Noom and tap the Log In button at the bottom of the welcome screen.

Once you tap Log In, select the login method you chose when you first created your account and sign in. Here are the available log in methods:

  • Email and Password
  • Facebook
  • Apple ID (iOS only)
  • Google (Android only)

If you set your login method to email and password but have forgotten your password, you can reset it using this password reset link.

Please note that you can only reset your password if your login method is set to email and password and you’ve redeemed your UPID.

Logging Out

The Noom app doesn’t currently have a logout feature. To log out, you’ll need to uninstall and reinstall the app. 

Please note that after a reinstall our servers almost always restore your Noom data, but there’s a small chance that you could lose some of your data. If this happens, we won’t be able to restore it for you. To help prevent this from happening, make sure to not disturb Noom when your data is being retrieved from the servers.
