An access code is the main identifier for your Noom account. If you have any issues and need to get help from Noom Support, this Access Code will be the single most helpful thing to help you resolve any issues.
- Open Noom and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Your access code will be shown in the first line.
