Redeeming your UPID is easy if you recently purchased a program on the web, received a UPID through your employer or insurance company, or already have a Noom account.
If you already have the Noom app installed and it’s in a free state (you’re not connected to a coach and aren’t seeing any Noom articles), follow these steps:
- Tap the sandwich menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap Activate your Unique Program ID
- Enter your Unique Program ID
- You should be set to start your program once you enter your UPID
Don’t forget to message your coach once you log in!
