Does Oura pair with the Noom app?
Oura doesn’t pair with the Noom app at this time so you’ll have to view all of your health insights and reports within the Oura app.
What is Oura’s warranty policy?
Oura will repair, replace, or refund any damaged rings in cases where that damage is the result of a defect in their material or workmanship. This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents caused by handling, or consumable parts, such as batteries. All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan, so their capacity and performance will gradually decline over time. This is why battery replacement isn’t included in their standard warranty policy. How long is the warranty on the Oura Ring?
If you’re located in the United States, the Oura Ring Gen3 is covered under a limited warranty period of one year, starting from the date of your original purchase. If you’ve received a replacement ring before the one-year mark is reached, your warranty will continue to be covered for the remainder of this same one-year period, or for 90 days after you received your replacement ring, whichever is longer.
