Noom Med Subscription

Can you confirm that my Noom Med subscription is cancelled but my Noom Weight subscription is still active?

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you decide that Noom Med is no longer for you, you can cancel at any time directly in the Noom app or through your Subscription Portal. If you need additional assistance, you can reach out to our Customer Experience Team directly at noommed@noom.com or by sending a message to the Customer Experience Team using the contact form.

Noom Med Refund Policy

We understand that life happens — and sometimes it’s just not the right time to start or continue with a program like Noom. Please note that the Noom Med portion of your subscription is charged separately from your Noom Weight subscription.

  • We’ll issue a full refund for your clinical plan and prescription period provided that you reach out to Support within 7 days of the charge date and haven’t had a clinical visit yet.
  • We’ll issue a full refund for the Noom Med portion of your subscription charge provided that you reach out to Support within 7 days of the charge date.
  • We’ll issue a prorated refund for the Noom Med portion of your subscription charge, less the clinical costs incurred during your first month, if you reach out to Support more than 7 days after the charge date.
