Scheduling a Noom Med Visit

Is the cost of the visit with a clinician included in my subscription?

Yes! The cost of the visit with the clinician is included in the cost of your subscription.

How do I schedule a visit?

Once your labs have been submitted and reviewed, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your video visit. If your labs have been reviewed and you haven’t received an invitation to schedule, please message your Care Team in the Noom app.

My appointment link isn’t working, what do I do?

If you’re having trouble with any links, please message your Care Team in the Noom app for assistance.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that life gets busy and that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, if a patient forgets to attend their visit, or cancels/reschedules within 24 hours of a visit, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot for another patient. Therefore we respectfully request that patients cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their visit. Both rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours before your visit may result in a $72 charge to compensate our clinicians for their time and the cost of the unfilled spot. Failing to attend your visit may also result in a $72 charge.

How do I cancel my appointment?

We understand that sometimes the time slots we have won’t work with everyone’s schedule. You can cancel your appointment by going to Upcoming Visits in your Patient Center, selecting Reschedule, and selecting Cancel Visit on the scheduler page.

Remember, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your visit. Both rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours before your visit may result in a $72 charge to compensate our clinicians for their time and the cost of the unfilled spot.

How do I know that my appointment is confirmed?

Once you’ve selected your visit date and time, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll also receive reminder emails before your appointment time. If you selected a visit time and didn’t receive a confirmation or reminder email, please contact your Care Team in the app for assistance.

Will I see the same clinician for follow-up visits?

Our goal is to connect you with the same clinician each time. Please note that this is based on your clinician’s schedule and availability. If your clinician doesn’t have any available appointment times, you’ll be able to schedule with someone else who will be familiar with the details from your last visit.
