Logging Your Blood Pressure Manually

Some app versions allow you to log your blood pressure. While you can only log one blood pressure reading per day, you can edit or delete your previous blood pressure readings.

To log or edit your blood pressure reading manually:

  1. Tap Track More Progress on the home screen.
  2. Tap Log your blood pressure (iOS) or Take blood pressure (Android).
  3. Tap the SystolicDiastolic, and Pulse readings and slide your finger across the slider bar to enter your readings.
  4. Tap OK (iOS) or Finish (Android) after you update each reading.

To delete your blood pressure reading manually:

  1. Select the blood pressure reading you want to delete on the home screen.
  2. Tap Delete this reading.
  3. Tap Delete on the pop-up window to confirm you want to delete the reading.
