If you’d like to get more information about your plan and charges, you can easily do so in your Subscription Portal. Just make sure to log in with the same credentials you used to create your account.
Can’t remember your password? You can easily reset it using this password reset link.
Once you log into your Subscription Portal, you’ll be able to view your current plan and change it if you’d like.

Uninstalling the Noom app doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription — you need to cancel your account.
