How to Upgrade to Noom Med Program

Availability varies by location. Some features or services may not be offered in your region.

Overview

If you’re currently on Noom Weight or Premium and meet eligibility requirements, you may be able to upgrade to a Noom Med Program. Upgrading will end your current subscription and start your Noom Med Program right away.

What to Know

  • Eligibility is required: Not everyone qualifies for the Noom Med Program.
  • Upgrading ends your current subscription: Once you upgrade, your Noom Weight subscription ends immediately.
  • Some members may not see the upgrade option: If this happens, support@noom.com can help.

What to Do

Via Care Tab:

  1. Open the Noom app.
  2. Tap the “Care” tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Explore available Noom Med Programs by tapping the cards.

Via Settings:

  1. Open the Noom app.
  2. Tap your profile picture (top left).
  3. Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
  4. Tap Upgrade to a Noom Med Plan.
  5. Tap Check if you’re eligible and follow the steps.

How to Cancel Your Noom Med Program Subscription

To cancel your next subscription renewal in the Noom app:

  1. Open the Noom app.
  2. Tap your profile picture (top left).
  3. Go to Settings > Manage Subscription.
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to cancel.

⚠️ Note: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current subscription cycle and will not renew after that. If you have upcoming refills in your current subscription you no longer want to receive, please email our Noom Support Team at support@noom.com, and they’ll be happy to assist you!
