Noom makes it easy for
Medicare members

Lose up to 20% of your body weight with
FDA-approved GLP-1 medications*

*NOTE: Your provider chooses the right medication for you based on your health history. Not all medications are right for every person. In a 68- and 72-week clinical trial studying Wegovy (2.4 mg) and Zepbound (15 mg) in patients without diabetes and with BMI >= 30, or BMI >= 27 with a weight-related condition, the average weight loss was 15% and 20%, when paired with diet and exercise changes (compared to 2.4% and 3.1%, respectively, with diet and exercise alone).

GETTING STARTED

$39

This covers your first evaluation with a Noom clinician, done entirely online.

Your Noom Med plan

$99/mo

This covers your care team, the Noom app, and ongoing clinical support.

Your medication

$50 per fill

This is billed through your Medicare Bridge benefit. It applies every time your prescription is filled — at any dose.

At program start, you would pay: $39 (getting started) + $50 (first medication fill) = $89

After that, the ongoing cost is your monthly $50 copay (per fill) + $297 billed every 12 weeks for your Noom Med plan.

This is not a free program. Medicare covers the cost of the medication, but you still pay a $50 copay per fill. You also pay for your Noom Med plan separately. These costs are not covered by Medicare.

‡ Billing will be done every 12 weeks, not monthly.

Medication works better when you have support

GLP-1 medications help you feel less hungry. But building new habits is what makes the results last. Noom pairs your GLP-1 medication with a daily program that helps you eat better, move more, and feel in control. It is not a diet. It is a way of thinking differently about food and your health.

People who use Noom alongside their GLP-1 medication lose 37%
more weight in 6 months than people who take the medication alone.*
