Contacting a Telehealth Clinician

Overview

In the Telehealth for Branded Meds Program you can reach a clinician either in the Your Doctor chat or through the Care Coordinator chat in your Noom app – depending on your program version. Clinicians usually reply within 36 hours.

What to Know

  • Clinicians typically reply within 36 hours.
  • Message your clinician about prescriptions, medication questions, dose changes, or any clinical concerns.

What to Do

To contact your clinician:

  1. Open the Noom app.
  2. Go to messages in the upper right corner. 
  3. Tap on the Your Doctor or Care Coordinators chat (depending on your program version).

If you haven’t heard back:

  1. Wait up to 36 hours for a reply.
  2. If it’s been longer, send a follow-up message to your Care Coordinators.
