In the Telehealth for Branded Meds Program you can reach a clinician either in the Your Doctor chat or through the Care Coordinator chat in your Noom app – depending on your program version. Clinicians usually reply within 36 hours.

- Message your clinician about prescriptions, medication questions, dose changes, or any clinical concerns.
What to Do
To contact your clinician:
- Open the Noom app.
- Go to messages in the upper right corner.
- Tap on the Your Doctor or Care Coordinators chat (depending on your program version).
If you haven’t heard back:
- Wait up to 36 hours for a reply.
- If it’s been longer, send a follow-up message to your Care Coordinators.
