What is Noom Metabolic?
Noom Metabolic is a monthly supplement subscription designed to support healthy metabolism, sustained energy, and overall wellness. It is available in both Men’s and Women’s formulations and includes two complementary supplements: an AM formula to support daytime energy and a PM formula to support overnight recovery.
Each monthly shipment includes a 30-day supply:
- AM Formula: 60 capsules
- PM Formula: 60 capsules
Your subscription costs $49 per month and automatically renews every 28 days, with a new shipment sent directly to your door.
Noom Metabolic is available as an optional add-on subscription and is not included with your base Noom program.

Subscription & Billing
Q: How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can manage your subscription — including canceling — directly through the Subscription Portal in your Noom account. To avoid being charged for a future billing period, you must cancel before 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the day before your next billing date. Please note that uninstalling the Noom app does not cancel your subscription; you will continue to be charged unless you cancel through the Subscription Portal. Q: When will I be charged and how often will I receive shipments?
A: Your subscription renews automatically on a recurring basis, and you will be charged every 28 days on your billing date. Shipments are coordinated to align with your renewal schedule so you receive your supplements without interruption. To review your specific billing dates and shipment schedule, visit your Subscription Portal or contact support@noom.com.
Q: Can I use FSA or HSA funds for Noom Metabolic?
A: Noom Metabolic is not currently eligible for direct FSA/HSA payment. We recommend checking with your plan administrator to confirm whether reimbursement may be available under your specific plan.
Usage & Dosing
Q: How do I take Noom Metabolic?
A: Take 2 Noom Metabolic – AM capsules in the morning and 2 Noom Metabolic – PM capsules in the evening, each with food. We recommend taking them at consistent times each day.
Q: What should I do if I miss a dose?
A: If you miss a dose, simply skip it and resume your regular schedule with your next meal. Do not double up to compensate for a missed dose. Consistency over time is what matters most.
Q: How should I store my supplements?
A: Store your supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excess moisture. Avoid storing them in high-humidity environments such as bathrooms or near kitchen sinks. Keep out of reach of children. Refrigeration is not required unless otherwise stated on the product label.
Q:What’s the shelf life and expiration?
A: Each bottle is labeled with an expiration date. For best potency and efficacy, use the supplements before the printed expiration date. Supplements stored properly in a cool, dry environment are formulated to maintain their potency through that date. Do not use supplements that appear discolored, have an unusual odor, or are past their expiration date.
Shipping & Orders
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders are delivered within 2–9 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: If you need to update your address for future orders, please contact us at support@noom.com. We’re unable to update the address on an order that has already been placed or shipped.
Q: Can I pause, skip, or delay a shipment?
A: At this time, pausing, skipping, or delaying shipments is not available. If you’d like to stop receiving shipments, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Q: Will my supplements be okay if I’m not home when they arrive?
A: Yes — Noom Metabolic does not require refrigeration and can safely remain at your door for a short time. We recommend bringing it inside and storing at room temperature as soon as possible.
