Does Noom sell or share Consumer Health Data?

Because Noom is a health and wellness service, much of the data we collect could be interpreted to be “Customer Health Data” under laws enacted by certain states, like “Washington’s My Health, my Data” Act and Nevada’s SB 370 (or, the “Consumer Health Laws”). With your permission, we may share your information to conduct user research (surveys, interviews); communicate with you about new services, offers, promotions, rewards, contests, upcoming events; or to display advertising to you.

We do not sell or share Consumer Health Data without your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time.

If you are covered by the Consumer Health Laws, you may also have a right to request additional information about our collection, use, disclosure, selling or sharing of such information, including a list of third parties with which we have “sold” or “shared” your data.
