How do I properly administer my medications?

Properly administering your medication is our top priority, which is why we have developed in-app content to assist you under the guidance of our Chief Medical Officer. Please reference our medication administration guide located in your booklet or check out our online resource for detailed instructions regarding the proper administration and storage of your medication. If you still have questions about anything related to medication administration or injection, please reach out to your clinician via the Your Doctor chat in the Noom app.

What should I do if I miss a dose?

Only a doctor can answer your questions about changes or issues with your dosage schedule. If you missed a dose, please contact our Clinical team for guidance. They can help you with any dose-related issues, like needing to take a dose late. You can reach them through the Your Doctor chat in the Noom app. One of our clinicians will respond within 36 hours to help you with your dosage schedule and address any concerns.

What should I do if I accidentally waste a dose of medication or some of the medication comes out?

If you accidentally waste a dose of medication or if some of it comes out, please contact our Clinical team for guidance. Only a doctor can provide advice in these situations. You can reach our Clinical team through the Your Doctor chat in the app. One of our clinicians will respond within 36 hours to help you.

What should I do if I give myself too high/low a dose?

A member of our Clinical team should handle any questions regarding the amount of medication used for each injection to ensure you’re getting the appropriate response. Please reach out to them via the Your Doctor chat in the Noom app, and one of our clinicians will assist you within 36 hours.
