How does the referral process work? If you’re located in the US, please follow the instructions below. Otherwise, please view the How to Refer Friends and Family to Noom (International Referrals) FAQ for more info on our referral program if you’re located in Australia, Canada, or the UK.
In order for your referral to receive a 2-week trial and a 20% discount, you have to send your unique referral link that we provide in-app. To get to this link, follow the instructions below for your device type.
iOS
- Open Noom and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen
- Select Refer a Friend
- Tap Send Complimentary Pass
- Send it to the person you’d like to refer via text, email, or by copying and sharing the referral link
Android
- Open Noom and tap the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen
- Select Refer a Friend
- Select how you’d like to share the referral link (text, email, or copying and sharing the link)
- Send it to the person you’d like to refer
They must sign up using this link — otherwise, they won’t receive the referral discount.
A few notes:
- We’re unable to offer the discount if the referral link isn’t used to sign up for a new Noom subscription or the link is used incorrectly.
- Apple and Google Play subscriptions aren’t eligible for the program.
- Our referral program is only offered in the US, UK, Australia, and Canada to Noomers with an active subscription.
