Get targeted healthy aging support with Noom Vitality

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Noom Vitality?

Noom Vitality is a daily healthy aging supplement that helps protect your heart, brain, and joint health to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more energized as you age.

It is formulated with four targeted, clinically studied ingredients—Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), Astaxanthin, Curcumin (as TurmiPure Gold™, a standardized, highly bioavailable turmeric extract), and Taurine—to provide foundational antioxidant support, while targeting key biological drivers of aging.

Noom Vitality is created with the same evidence-backed approach that guides every Noom program. It’s third-party tested, and each ingredient is a high-quality form that is carefully selected and dosed at clinically relevant amounts in a simple daily serving.

How does Noom Vitality fit into my supplement routine?

Noom Vitality is your daily defense layer for healthy aging. It is designed to complement a standard multivitamin rather than replace it, providing antioxidants and nutrients most multivitamins lack to help protect your cells and support heart, brain, joint health as you age.

Are the ingredients in Noom Vitality clinically proven or FDA-approved?

Like all dietary supplements, the FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they go to market the way it does prescription drugs.

Each ingredient in Noom Vitality is selected with the same evidence-first approach that guides every Noom program.**

• CoQ10 — studied for cellular energy production and cardiovascular support, CoQ10 supports healthy energy levels and healthy blood pressure. Supplementing can help restore the CoQ10 your body naturally loses with age.

• Astaxanthin — studied for cellular and brain health, astaxanthin helps protect your cells from everyday oxidative stress. A powerful antioxidant, it neutralizes the free radicals that build up over time.

• Curcumin (as TurmiPure Gold™ from turmeric) — a standardized curcumin extract with up to 24× greater bioavailability than standard turmeric, researched for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Curcumin is shown to support brain health and cholesterol levels.

• Taurine — an amino acid studied for cardiovascular and muscle function, taurine supports healthy mitochondrial activity and the body’s response to oxidative stress.

Is Noom Vitality vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-friendly?

Noom Vitality does not contain any animal-derived ingredients—the capsule itself is made from a plant-based material (hypromellose), and the magnesium stearate used is vegetable-sourced. It also does not contain any of the top common allergens, including dairy, egg, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, fish, or shellfish.

Can this be paired with other Noom products?

Yes—Noom Vitality is designed to be taken alongside your other Noom supplements, including Noom Metabolic. Noom Metabolic covers your foundational nutritional and metabolic needs, while Noom Vitality targets the biological drivers of aging, supporting your heart, cells, and long-term resilience.

Noom Vitality can be taken alongside other Noom medications and treatments. If you have questions, consult your healthcare provider or Noom clinician.

Is Noom Vitality safe to take with other medications or supplements?

Most people tolerate this supplement well. If you take other supplements, check the labels for overlapping ingredients so you don’t exceed the recommended daily amount of any one nutrient. A few ingredients can also interact with specific medications:

Blood thinners and anti-inflammatory medications

• CoQ10 may reduce the effectiveness of warfarin (it’s structurally similar to vitamin K), which could increase clotting risk and may require closer monitoring.

• Curcumin (from turmeric) has mild antiplatelet/blood-thinning effects of its own, especially at concentrated doses. Combined with blood thinners (warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel/Plavix) or NSAIDs, this may raise bleeding risk.

Diabetes medications

• CoQ10 may modestly affect blood sugar, raising hypoglycemia risk when combined with insulin or oral diabetes drugs.

Blood pressure medications

• CoQ10 may have a mild blood-pressure-lowering effect, which could be additive.

Anyone taking prescription medications should consult their doctor or healthcare provider before starting Noom Vitality.

Is Noom Vitality safe if I have a medical condition?

Check with a doctor first if you:

• Have a medical condition such as diabetes, heart disease, or thyroid issues. If you take medication to manage your condition, please review the FAQ answer above for specific interactions.

• Have an upcoming surgery (curcumin’s antiplatelet effect means some clinicians recommend stopping it ~2 weeks before surgery).

• Have a known allergy or sensitivity to any listed ingredient.

Can I take Noom Vitality while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Noom Vitality should not be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding. It is always recommended to consult your doctor before starting a supplement.

How and when should I take Noom Vitality?

Take Noom Vitality in the morning with breakfast. A meal that includes some fat helps your body absorb the fat soluble ingredients, like CoQ10, and taking Noom Vitality at the same time each day helps make it part of your routine. These are standard capsules that you swallow (not sublingual tablets), so taking them with food is generally fine and often preferable.

What happens if I miss a dose?

If you miss a dose, simply skip it and resume your regular schedule with your next meal. Don’t double up to make up for a missed dose. Consistency over time is what matters most – occasional missed doses are unlikely to significantly impact your results.

How should I store the pills?

Store your supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excess moisture. Avoid storing them in high-humidity environments such as bathrooms or near kitchen sinks. Keep out of reach of children. Refrigeration is not required unless otherwise stated on the product label.

What is the shelf life and expiration?

Each bottle is labeled with an expiration date. For best potency and efficacy, use the supplements before the printed expiration date. Supplements stored properly in a cool, dry environment are generally formulated to maintain their potency through that date. Do not use supplements that appear discolored, have an unusual odor, or are past their expiration date.
