Please add #NoomMindsetCoach to your social media bios!

How to make the most of your social media presence:

Platform
Feed Posts
Cadence
Bios
Stories
We recommend starting with Instagram (and potentially Facebook) if your target demo is 40+. Add TikTok to target younger millennials/Gen Z.
📌Tip:
We recommend making your Instagram account a creator or business profile so you can access insights about your audience. Learn more about the different profiles.

Share a mix of static imagery and video content, including clips from your Zumba classes, tips on health and wellness, success stories, and behind-the-scenes looks at your journey (think: day-in-the-life videos) as a Noom Mindset Coach.

We recommend adding Calls-to-Action (CTAs) on posts where it makes sense (e.g., Sign up for my class at the link in my bio!). Note that on in-feed posts on Instagram and TikTok, you cannot add clickable links to captions—people have to visit your bio to click out.

Example Posts: TikTok – Instructor day in the life, Coach day in the life, Yoga day in the life, What I eat in a day, Zumba class types.

We recommend adding Calls-to-Action (CTAs) on posts where it makes sense (e.g., Sign up for my class at the link in my bio!). Note that on in-feed posts on Instagram and TikTok, you cannot add clickable links to captions—people have to visit your bio to click out.

We recommend posting 2-4 times a week on your feed and sharing Stories most days to keep your audience engaged.

Many will create their posts ahead of time to create a content bank. Consider setting aside some time every week to plan and create your posts so you always have something ready to share.

Make sure your bios clearly state who you are/what you do! You should also consider adding your personal strengths as a coach to encourage your clients to sign up for Noom through your link. We know, it can feel a little awkward to toot your own horn—but let’s face it, you’ve earned it, and your clients want to become healthier and happier because of you!

We also recommend adding a link to sign up to Noom through Zumba.

Note:
Instagram now lets you add up to FIVE links to your bio, and you can also use services like LinkTree to aggregate more links within your bio.

Sample Bio:

  • 💃 Zumba® Instructor & #NoomMindsetCoach 💃
  •
Helping you live your healthiest life 💪
👇
  • Sign up for Noom with my referral link 👇 [include referral link to Noom as a clickable link]

Workout highlights, healthy recipes, wellness tips, daily motivation, polls/quizzes, countdowns to your next class, sneak peek at your class playlist, etc.

We also recommend creating Stories that speak to the value of adding Noom to your Zumba regimen! A quick example: “Noom’s water consumption tracker has really been helping me stay hydrated before and after my Zumba workouts. Water is your friend, people!”

We recommend adding Calls-to-Action (CTAs) on Stories where it makes sense (e.g., Sign up for my class).

You can add clickable links directly to your Stories by clicking on the Stickers button when creating a Story (there are a TON of other Stickers you can use to engage your audience there, too!).

Tell your clients what Noom is all about!

We all know Zumba focuses more on fitness that’s fun, energetic, and makes you feel amazing as opposed to weight loss in particular. And that’s great! It’s just one more reason Zumba and Noom complement each other so well.

While Noom has helped millions achieve their goal weight, it doesn’t stop at weight loss. Use the knowledge you’ve gained to help clients see how Noom can help them reach their goal weight—plus so much more!

Feel free to show off and share our IG!

You can also print and hand this one-pager out to your students to help them learn all about Noom, and how it can help them live a happier, healthier life. Be sure to add your unique referral link on the spot provided for you on the PDF!

Hi [First name]!

Thank you so much for joining me on this crazy, fulfilling, and empowering journey we call Zumba!

Today, I’m writing to tell you about another program I’ve recently started, and why I think you’ll absolutely love it as much as I do: Noom!

Noom is a psychology-based behavior change program designed to give you long-lasting weight-loss results. No fads, no gimmicks, just an incredible platform that helps you learn about your relationship with food, how you can improve your daily habits, and reach—and maintain—your goal weight.

Just like Zumba, Noom is perfect for everybody and every body. I know when I’m working out, the tips I’ve been learning in Noom’s daily lessons make me more present in class and help me focus on why I want to be healthy. And the cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and boosted energy I get from Zumba help me organize my long term health priorities when I’m using Noom. It’s been such a win/win.

I’ve been so thrilled with the entire experience that I became a Noom coach. If you sign up for Noom through my link, you can get [insert offer here].

Thank you so much for being along for the Zumba ride, and I really hope you’ll give Noom a shot, too. What have you got to lose? (Weight!)
