Trouble Syncing Steps From a Connected Device to Noom (iOS)
If your steps from a connected fitness tracker, such as Fitbit or Garmin, aren’t syncing correctly with Noom, disconnecting and reconnecting your device may help refresh the connection.
How to disconnect and reconnect your device:
- Open the Noom app and tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
- Tap Settings.
- Within the Apps & Devices section, select Connect Apps and Other Devices.
- Find your fitness tracker, such as Fitbit or Garmin, and select Disconnect.
- Once disconnected, select Connect next to your fitness tracker.
- Follow the prompts to sign in to the account associated with your fitness tracker and authorize Noom to access your activity data.
- Fitbit: Sign in using the Google Account associated with your Fitbit.
- Garmin or other supported trackers: Sign in using the account associated with that service.
- Make sure you allow all requested permissions so your activity data can sync with Noom.
- Return to Settings and select Choose Steps Data Source.
- Select your connected fitness tracker as your step data source.
It may take some time for your steps to appear in Noom after reconnecting your device.
Still Having Trouble?
First, check the app associated with your fitness tracker (such as the Google Health (Fitbit) or Garmin app) to make sure your steps are appearing there correctly.
If your steps are showing correctly in your fitness tracker’s app but still aren’t syncing with Noom, contact Noom Support. Please include:
