If you’re running into issues while using Noom, including the Noom app not syncing correctly or showing outdated data, here are a few troubleshooting methods that could help solve the problem:
Force-Close Noom
Sometimes your Noom App just needs a quick restart.
- Force-close the app by swiping up slowly from the bottom of your device’s home screen, then swipe up again on Noom to close the app.
If the problem persists, please move on to the next troubleshooting method.
Check to Make Sure You’re on the Latest Version of the App
How do I know if I’m on the latest version of Noom?
- Make sure Noom is on the latest version by returning to the App Store. If it says Open, then you’re already on the latest version.
- If you see the Update button, tap it to update to the latest version.
- Power off your device and wait 30 seconds.
- Power your device back on.
The newest version of the app will contain plenty of bug fixes, so hopefully, this solves your problem. If there’s no option to update, please move on to the last troubleshooting method.
App Not Visible on Home Screen
If the Noom app isn’t visible on the home screen, please do the following:
- From the Home Screen of your device, swipe left until you see the App Library.
- Tap the search field, then enter the name of the app you’re looking for (Noom).
- Touch and hold the Noom icon, and drag it to your desired location on the home screen.
