Do you accept insurance?
Noom’s clinical team will work directly with your insurance provider to assist in determining coverage for your GLP-1 medication, which is billed separately from your membership. Please note that Noom does not accept insurance for the Noom Med subscription; this is a cash-pay service only.
Is Noom Med eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement?

How much does Noom Med cost?
For branded GLP-1 medication, the cost is $69 for the first month, then $297 for three months. Please note that branded GLP-1 medication is billed separately and not covered in the membership cost. Medication cost will depend on your treatment and personal insurance coverage. All plans are billed upfront for three months following your introductory month. The breakdown provided helps you understand the cost over time. All Noom Med plans auto-renew, but you can cancel anytime.
How GLP-1s work
Semaglutide mimics the effects of the GLP-1 hormone. It works by:
- Enhancing insulin secretion and inhibiting glucagon release
- Slowing the movement of food through the gut
- Signaling a feeling of fullness
- Reducing appetite
As a result, you feel fuller faster, which can ultimately lead to sustained weight loss.
