Noom’s barcode scanner isn’t recognizing an item!

We are always adding to our barcode database, but there are some products out there that are not currently in our records. You’ll see the following error message if a barcode is not yet in our system: “Sorry, we do not have a match for that barcode.”

Instead of scanning the item, you can choose to log it by searching for it in our database using the search bar. If the item is also unavailable in our regular database, you can select the “Can’t find it? Let’s add it!” button. Just keep in mind, doing so will not immediately add your item to our database, and the item will not be saved in your recently logged list.
