The daily content for each day can be found on the home screen under Today’s Plan. When you tap the Learn with Noom task card, you’ll see the lessons for the day. Just tap the Read or Listen button to access the lesson. You can proceed to the next lesson once you’ve completed the lesson you’re currently assigned. If available, you may also be shown the option to read extra credit lessons once you’ve completed your assigned lessons for the day.
You can also locate course modules and swap between mini-courses via the Course Progress Map.
- Open the Noom app and tap the Progress tab at the bottom of the home screen.
- Tap the Course Map tab at the top of the screen.
- Select the course module you want to view.
Troubleshooting Issues with Accessing Lessons and Courses
If you’re unable to access the lessons or courses, ensure the following:
- Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Verify Account Status: Make sure your subscription is active and not cancelled.
