What cool things can I share with my group?

You have to option to either share your logged meals (including a picture and a note) and/or exercises with your group. Any kind of engaging post is encouraged!

You can share your logged meals by clicking on the “Log your meals” task:

Then log a food and click on the three grey dots in the upper right corner:

Then select “Share with group”:

You also have the option to attach a picture and/or write a note about your meal:

With Noom Health you can also share your workout with your group. Simply click on “Do more” which is located at the very bottom of the main screen:

Then select “Log exercise”:

Select an exercise like “running” and click on “save”:

Before your logged workout gets saved, a pop-up screen will ask you if you would like to share your entry including a workout note with your group:
