You have to option to either share your logged meals (including a picture and a note) and/or exercises with your group. Any kind of engaging post is encouraged!
Sharing Logged Meals
1. Click on the Log your meals task
2. Log the food and click on the three grey dots in the upper right corner
3. Select Share with group
4. You also have the option to attach a picture and/or write a note about your meal.
Sharing Logged Workouts
1. Click on Track More Progress
2. Select Log exercise
3. Select an exercise and tap Save
4. Before your logged workout gets saved, a pop-up screen will ask you if you’d like to share your entry with your group, including a workout note.
