Can I sync my Noom data from one device to another?

If you’ve switched phones or reinstalled Noom, please make sure to log in as an existing member by selecting Already have an account? Login now.

When prompted to log in, please use the same login method you used on your previous phone so we can get all of your account info onto your new device.

Please note: We’re only able to move data between like devices, such as Android to Android or iOS to iOS. We can’t move data across different platforms (Android to iOS or iOS to Android) at this time and this will result in a corrupted account with complete data loss, which we can’t restore.
