How do I log in?

To log in, open Noom and tap on the blue Login Now button at the bottom of the welcome screen.

Once you tap Login Now, you’ll be able to select the login method you chose when you first created your account and sign in. Here are the available login methods:

  • Log in with email and password
  • Log in with Facebook
  • Log in with Apple ID
  • Log in with Google

If you set your login method to email and password but have forgotten your password, you can reset it using this password reset link.

Please note that you can only reset your password if your login method is set to email and password and you’ve redeemed your UPID.
