How do I turn on/off Noom Circles notifications?

To turn on/off your Noom Circles email notifications:

1. Open Noom and tap the Noom Circles icon (looks like a group with 3 people) in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Tap your profile image and then tap Settings.
3. Toggle your desired Email Notifications on/off.

Note: You’ll still receive notifications from the Noom app, such as meal reminders, notifications from your Noom Guides/Coach, high-fives, and SOS Plan notifications.
