Shared experiences are what give life meaning: from celebrating a birthday or anniversary to going out for dinner and splitting an oozing lava cake to binge-watching the latest season of Succession.

At Noom, we’re passionate about helping people lead healthier lives. While part of this involves learning to eat a balanced diet, find ways to move joyfully, and make peace with the scale, we believe it’s just as important to create a life that’s full and meaningful—one that’s not free from obsessing over calories, exercising for hours, or being preoccupied with the number on the scale.

You might be asking yourself: “Can I really make a difference in my loved one’s journey?” The answer is a resounding “yes.”

If there’s one thing we’ve learned since first creating our Noom Weight program, it’s the power of having the right people by your side—to cheer on your successes, to help you bounce back when you slip up, and to simply understand what you’re going through. That’s why we created Noom’s Supportive Partner course.

We’ll guide you in supporting your partner by understanding Noom-y terms, helping you navigate grocery shopping, and knowing what to say when they encounter a roadblock. But more importantly, we’ll help you find joy together in leading a healthier, sustainable lifestyle—one that includes good food and good fun.

Whether you’re here to learn practical ways to support your loved one in their pursuit of better health, or you’re looking forward to gaining some knowledge and insights about healthy living for yourself, we’re so happy that you’re here to share in your loved one’s journey with Noom.
