{"id":271481,"date":"2021-01-07T18:51:53","date_gmt":"2021-01-07T23:51:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.noom.com\/sin-categorizar\/gelatina-con-frutas\/"},"modified":"2021-01-07T18:51:53","modified_gmt":"2021-01-07T23:51:53","slug":"gelatina-con-frutas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.noom.com\/es\/blog\/gelatina-con-frutas\/","title":{"rendered":"Gelatina con frutas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Postre \/\/ Calor\u00edas por porci\u00f3n: 58 \/\/ \u00a0Porciones: 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50 gr de gelatina sin sabor<\/li><li>7 tazas de agua caliente<\/li><li>3 tazas de kiwi en rodajas (sin piel)<\/li><li>3 naranjas en gajos (sin piel)<\/li><li>3 cdas de edulcorante natural (preferentemente Stevia)<\/li><li>Menta fresca al gusto, para decorar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nota: Las medidas de taza, cucharada y cucharadita son las medidas est\u00e1ndar de USA.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INSTRUCCIONES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para la gelatina: En un bol, disolver la gelatina sin sabor con el agua caliente; agregar la stevia, mezclar y reservar hasta que est\u00e9 tibia.<\/li><li>En un molde antiadherente, colocar la mitad de las frutas, verter la mitad de la gelatina&nbsp; y llevar al refrigerador hasta que la preparaci\u00f3n quede firme.<\/li><li>Una vez firme, colocar el resto de las frutas y cubrir con la mitad restante de la gelatina.
