Who doesn’t enjoy a sweet frozen treat on a sweltering summer day? Between ice cream trucks and free-for-all fro-yo bars, it’s easy to go overboard. Luckily, there are many healthy alternatives to your go-to frozen dessert that you can make at home with just a few natural ingredients.

Fruity Sorbets

Mix and match fruits to create your sorbet flavor of choice. Consider adding vanilla, honey, seeds, or fresh herbs for a burst of exotic flavor.
