Introducing Noom Weight Loss, an all-inclusive way to track your weight loss goals, exercise and food intake with as single, easy-to-use application. If you’re a CardioTrainer or Calorific user, try out this new combined experience.
Noom: Weight Loss, Exercise, Food Tracking
When you open Noom, you’ll see three tabs for weight loss, exercise, and food tracking. All you need to do is set up your weight loss plan by choosing how much weight you want to lose, and how often you plan to exercise. Use Noom’s features to get reminders about upcoming workouts, track your exercise, record all of your food intake, and stay within your personalized budget.

For existing CardioTrainer and Calorific users, many of these features might look familiar, but now they’re conveniently integrated into a single application. You can import your CardioTrainer workout history into Noom by using the permanent accounts feature, and we’ll be adding a feature to let you migrate your Calorific data very soon.
Track your food intake and any kind of exercise.
Our goal is to make is as simple as possible to help you achieve your weight loss goals, and this is our first big step in that direction. For now, we mostly recombined and improved our existing tools, but with your help this will slowly evolve to be much more. Noom is still in beta, so we are very interested in hearing your feedback.
